Once again, Mobile World Congress has turned Barcelona into the telephone industry’s world capital. The already mythical trade fair has been chosen by Dialoga to showcase this year’s new product releases. During the four day event, whilst taking advantage of MWC’s international appeal, the Dialoga team met with customers and companies from all over the world interested in learning about the new products developed by the company.
The operator, who specialises in communication solutions based on WebRTC technology, has focused on this occasion on its star product for contact centres and customer service departments: HYDRA. Visitors to the trade fair were able to see how this sophisticated ACD works, which does not require any software or hardware installation. A PC and even a tablet served as platforms to show the management and operation of Hydra, which has functionalities driven by Artificial Intelligence such as natural language recognition, sentiment analysis and even a biometric voice identification system.
Hydra’s demonstrations attracted great interest due to its versatility and ease of adoption. “We wanted to show small and medium-sized businesses that they too can have an ACD system for their contact centre that is at the forefront of technology without having to invest in a single phone or device, whilst being scalable as their needs grow. The WebRTC technology on which Hydra is based not only disrupts the way communications are understood in contact centres and the business environment as a whole, but also makes sophisticated solutions of this kind accessible to all types of companies” explains Jorge S. Fernández, Dialoga’s CSO.
Following the success of this edition, Dialoga has confirmed its presence at next year’s Mobile World Congress, which has already become an unmissable event for the main players in the sector.
