MusaFlow Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Dialoga processes data when you use MusaFlow, Accounts are provisioned by your organization.

Voice audio. When you dictate, your voice is sent over an encrypted connection (TLS) to our own servers and transcribed into text in real time. All processing happens on infrastructure we own and operate, using self-hosted speech recognition. No data is sent to any third-party AI service. Audio is deleted immediately after transcription, never stored, never used for training, and never linked to your identity. Translation and text correction work the same way.

Account information. We process your account identifier (such as your corporate email) to authenticate you. Accounts are managed by your organization.

Dictionary and shortcuts. Your custom dictionary and shortcuts are stored on our servers, linked to your account, so they stay available across sessions.

How we use your data. Only to provide the App’s features. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising, tracking, or model training.

Retention. Audio is deleted immediately after processing. Account data, dictionary, and shortcuts are kept while your account is active and deleted when your organization deactivates it.
