Portability Validation Code

What is the Portability Validation Code (CVP) and how can I check it?

The Portability Validation Code or CVP is a unique identifier for each customer with services in Portugal, which must be indicated when requesting any portability of a service.

The CVP was defined by ANACOM in Regulation no. 257/2018, of 8 May, amended by Regulation no. 85/2019, of 21 January, and will be mandatory in portability requests from 11 May 2019. In Dialoga, this code is assigned per service, which means that if you have more than one associated service, each one will have a different CVP.

Whenever a portability is requested, the Client must provide the CVP code.

The CVP can be found or requested:

• in the monthly invoices issued.
• in the reserved customer area.
